Black Dragon
Alright then, have I ever mentioned the fact that I have this bad habit of working on several pics at once? Just sort of following my rambling Muse
where ever she may lead me? 
Well, here is a couple of shots of my latest, in the very early stages. THese are basicly just test pics to see how the texture I made looks. Other
then needing to change the eye color, I think this will do just fine.

And here is a closeup of the head. This one shows the roughness of the body texture itself as well:

Ok, so I've got a bit more done on this one. Dragon itself is done, and now I've got him in the setting itself. Still need to do alot of work on the
lighting, but I thought I would give you a peek at the progress thus far.
As always, comments and critiques are welcomed. Oh, and the working title for this one is "Chaos Unleashed".

I just thought I'd say that your Black Dragon here is looking really cool. I especially like the way it looks right now, the pose and the background
is really cool.

And thanks for the comments hun. Still got work to do on the lighting and such, and I want to make the wings not so transparent, but the pose is
pretty much where I want it to be.

awesome. Yeah, the lighting does need a little more work, maybe so his
face or somesuch isn't so dark. :3
Yeah, you're right about the wings, I didn't notice it at first but they are pretty transparent, almost hard to see. But other than that it is
looking good.

Thanks! Of course, I'm one of those artists that is rarely happy with an image, and am often messing with it, changing it, etc. And this one is no
exception. I decided he really didn't look chaotic enough, and so,
I've added a few things. I've also adjusted the pose a bit. My thanks to Mitz for the suggestion to move the one wing down to match the way his
front leg is moved forward. Definately a better effect I think.
At this point, all I have left to do is mess with the lighting, then do any monor changes said lighting brings out.
